THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THE EXTENDED X-RAY ABSORPTION FINE STRUCTURE

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4816011
An investigation was conducted to test the validity of the Kronig theory. Resulting data on the x-ray-absorption fine structure temperature were found to support the Kronig diffraction mechanism demonstrating a diffraction mechanism for the extended x-ray-absorption fine structure. (J.R.D.)
