RESOLUTION AND LUMINOSITY OF CRYSTAL SPECTROMETERS FOR NEUTRON DIFFRACTION

Journal Article · · Nuclear Instr. & Methods
Theoretical results on resolution and luminosity of crystal spectrometers for neutron diffraction are extended, in view of useful applications to the concept of automatic data collection by means of such spectrometers (e.g., for single-crystal analysis). Furthermore, experimental tests showing agreement with the theoretical results are presented and discussed. (auth)
