ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE REACTION $pi$$sup -$+ p$Yields$$lambda$$sup 0$+ K$sup 0$
A modified partial wave method is suggested, in which K' and SIGMA pole terms describe the higher waves. It appears that the s- and p-wave amplitudes must still be found empirically, even fairly close to threshold. (auth)
