The elastic proton-proton scattering was investigated at 2,8 Bev using the emulsion method. There were found 492 events of elastic scattering. The differential cross section for elastic proton-proton scattering was obtained in the angle interval 2.5 to 20.5 deg in the center-of-mass system. The experimental data are not in agreement with the assumption about the smallness of the spin interaction and the real part of the phase shifts. The root-mean-square radius of the proton-proton interaction is found to be (l.06 plus or minus 0.10) f. (auth)
