COINCIDENCE CIRCUIT OF TUNNEL DIODES (in French)

A fast coincidence circuit with amplltude discriminator using tunnel diodes is described. A resolving time of 5 nanoseconds is obtained. The threshold of the circuit is adjustable from some tens millivolts to one volt. The operating range may be extended to 10 volts. (auth)
