Several organometallic compounds were incorporated into scintillation plastics. Fabrications from triphenyllated styrene and dimethyl styrene were the most efficient and produced the best peak resolution. Triphenyl(4ethyl)phenyllead was found to be a very good organometallic solute. In other work, triphenyltin styrene and styrene were studied to obtain characteristics concerning homopolarization.
