COLLECTIVE EXCITATIONS OF EVEN AXIAL NUCLEI
Collective excited states of axial even nuclei are considered with-the interaction of the rotation with beta and gamma oscillations. The expression for the wave functions and energy levels are obtained as expansions in inverse powers of the rigidity parameters of beta and gamma oscillations. Reduced probabilities of E2 transitions are calculated. Results are compared with experimental data and the theory of nonaxial nuclei. The possibility of establishing the nature of excited 0+ states experimentally is discussed. (auth)
