Results of an investigation of the higher nervous system in 5 mature dogs of the second generation born to chronr-cally irradiated (28 days) ancestors showed that while chronic internal exposure to BETA rays exhibited no visible injuries in the animals themselves, it caused disturbances in the cerebral cortex of the progenies of the first and second generations.
