The possibility of using certain ion-exchange materials for obtaining sources and applicators with different emitters for medical use was investigated. It was found that heterogeneous and homogeneous membranes and films, endowed .with a high ion-absorption capacity, are very convenient materials for preparing applicators and sources. The technological process is described and the results of experiments with prepared radiophosphorus and other radioisotopes are given. (auth)
