Journal Article

A review is presented of current and potentially applicable methods for the determination of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon in molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, and tantalum. Discussion is given on neutron activation, halogenation, fractography, mass spectrometry, isotopic dilution, emission spectrometry, vacuum fusion, and inertgas fusion, and practical applications of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon methods.
