>Modifications are described in a technique for the rapid quantitative measurement of C/sup 14/ and H/sup 3/ in biological materials by liquid scintillation counting of the products of oxygen flask combustion. Good results are reported in applications of the method in pharmacological studies in animals in which C/sup 14/- and H/sup 3/-labeled compounds were used. (C.H.)
