Operational procedures and tests are listed. General safety features, reactivity addition ac, cidents, loss of coolant accidents, fuel damage and system contamination, operator errors, equipment malfunctions, off-standard conditions, accidents during critical testing, accidents involving unplanned criticality, safety against fires and other general hazards, and radiological consequences of accidents requiring containment are discussed.
