Coincidence measurements of the gamma rays emitted in the decay of Rh/ sup 104m/ put into evidence the existence of a 96 kev level. The proposed decay scheme permits one to interpret some previous results on the neutron capture gamma rays. The conversion coefficient of the 77 kev transition is alpha /sub k,77/= 22 plus or minus 1.8. The spins of the levels appear to be 1+, 2--, 2+ (or
