The electron capture decay of Eu/sup 149/ to Sm/sup 149/ was studied using scintillation and proportional counters. A decay scheme is given which is consistent with the measured coincidence data. The half life of the Eu/sup 149/ decay was measured to be 106 plus or minus 2 days. Some coincidence data for the Eu/sup 148/ decay are also presented. (Dissertation Abstr., 23 No. 3, 1962)
