A scintillation-counter telescope for measuring the spectra of cosmic rays is described. It is to be used in the NASA Orbiting Geophysical Observatory. Another telescope is described which has only one photomultiplier tube and can measure over the energy range 50 to 500 Mev. (D.L.C.)
