A thermocouple connection arrangement is designed for measuring temperatures at inner fuel elements in a fuel assembly. In the arrangement, an inner element is equipped with a thermocouple and a cable with electric contacts at one end of the element, and the other elements above have contacts at both ends with cable connections in between. The assembly is terminated at the top by a telescopic member with end contacts for connecting the thermocouple with contacts outside the reactor. (D.L.C.)
