Synthesis of hydrous cesium propionate, butyrate and isovalerate is described, and the refractive indexes and densities of prepared salts are measured. Solubilities of the salts in ethyl, propyl, and butyl alcohols and of cesium propionate in water were analyzed at 25 deg C. The thermal stability and melting and boiling points were determined.
