Effect of Radiation on the Electrophoretic Mobility of Ehrlich Ascites Tumour Cells
The electrophoretic mobility of tumor cells withdrawn from C3H mice was measured after the mice received a whole-body x-ray dose of 1400 rad. The negative electrophoretic mobility was found to be 1.39 plus or minus 0.03 mu /sec v/cm, not significantly different from the value of 1.41 plus or minus 0.04 mu /sec-v/cm observed for unirradiated mice.
