RESOLUTION OF THE BOLTZMANN EQUATION (in French)

The exact solution of the Boltzmann equation in the relaxation time approximation is given, and the validity of this equation is discussed. It is shown how the resolution of the Boltzmann equation in the general case is made by an iterarive method beginning with the solution of the Boltzmann equation in the relaxation time approximation. A perturbasion method of the Boltzmann equation is given. (tr-auth)
