THEORY OF RESONANCES CONSIDERED AS INTERNAL EXCITED STATES OF THE RELATRIVISTIC FOTATOR MODEL OF ELEMENTARY PARTICLES (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. Rend.
OSTI ID:4752105
ABS>The relativistic rotator model of elementary particles developed recently admits theoretically an infinity of internal quantum levels which correspond to stable or metastable internal excited states. This implies that besides the particles observed (associated by hypothesis to the lowest levels) new levels can be predicted which are tentatively identified with recently observed resonances. A preliminary discussion is given independently of the particular choice made to classify the baryons and bosons in the model. (tr- auth)
