The local gauge'' theory is applied to the internal gauge group of the relativistic rotator theory, and three systems of three vector mesons coupled with elementary particles appear. The Yang and Mills theory is thus extended. An interpretation of bosons as bound fermion-antifermion states is deduced. (tr- auth)
