COMMENT ON "USE OF BALLISTIC PENDULUMS WITH PULSED PLASMA ACCELERATORS"

Journal Article · · AIAA (Am. Inst. Aeron. Astronaut.) J.
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2514/3.54831· OSTI ID:4748760

The inaccuracy of impulse measurement in pulsed plasma accelerators by ballistic pendulums is discussed. Direct-measuring thrust stands instead of ballistic pendulums are being used in the electric propulsion field. (D.L.C.)
