An attempt was made to determine proton radioactivity of nuclei. The experiments were carried out in a 300-cm cyclotron internal beam using Ni targets irradiated with Ne/sup 20/ ions at 130 Mev. Two proportional counter telescopes were used for recording nuclear decays. The obtained data indicate proton emission from decaying radioactive nuclei. (tr-auth)
