Temperature effects on a combined distribution of uranyl nitrate and nitric acid during TBP extraction at acidity up to 8.0 M and uranyl nitrate concentration from 0 to 1.0 M in aqueous solutions were studied at 20, 40, and 70 un. Concent 85% C. It was found that the distribution constants for uranyl nitrate diminish with the temperature and for nitric acid remain unchanged. At constant initial content of uranium and acid a smaller amount of uranium and a larger amount of acid transfer into the organic phase (thus, increasing the concentrations of free TBP and nitric acid).
