few-group parameters for regular or near regular lattices of uranium dioxide moderated by light water, heavy water, or organic coolants. The validity of some of the simplifications which had to be introduced is discussed, and a comparison with experimental lattice data is presented. It is shown that an accuracy of approximately 1% is obtained in reactivity predictions which is sufficient for survey or initial design calculations. (auth)
