TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF POLISH STRONGLY BASIC ANION EXCHANGE RESINS
Technical Report

OSTI ID:4724927
The usefulness of some Polish strongly basic anion exchange resins (SE- X2, 5, SE-X5, and SM-X5) for the sorption of uranium was investigated and compared with DowexX7,5. It was found that SM-X5, with the capacity of 3.47 meq/ g or 230 mg U/g, is the best of those studied. It is also characterized by good mechanical strength and elution properties. (auth)
