There is a regular program of radioisotope production at Kjeller for medical, research, and industrial purposes. About 13,000 consignments have been handled. A program for development and consultation on isotope applications was developed in connection with the production. The principal applications are in the medical and biological area, although important results have been obtained in other sciences and in industry. (tr-auth)
