Experimental and calculational results are presented for fission reactor production of radioisotopes important for medical and industrial applications. This represents the main work accomplished in FY-1989 on the Department of Energy Office of Health and Environmental Research contract titled ``Radioisotope Production Technology Development``. The primary emphasis of this work has been on isotope production in the Fast Flux Test Facility. In addition, comparison calculations were performed for isotope production in other Department of Energy and University reactor and accelerator facilities. Medical application information is also summarized for selected important radioisotopes. 16 refs., 63 figs., 9 tabs.
