ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF SCATTERING AMPLITUDES AND THE PROBLEM OF (GHOSTS) ON THE TRAJECTORIES OF VACUUM REGGE POLES (in Russian)

Asymptotic expressions for elastic pi pi , pi N, and NN scattering amplitudes are obtained for the region in which the main vacuum Regge pole passes through the value j = 0. Gell-Mann's hypothesis that the residues vanish for physical partial amplitudes is in agreement with the analytical properties of these residues at j = 0, and ensures finiteness of all scattering amplitudes.
