ELECTRON BEAM INTERACTIONS WITH PLASMA IN MAGNETIC FIELD. I. LONGITUDINAL OSCILLATIONS (in Russian)

A hydrodynamic approximation was used for resolving the non-linear problem of relativistic electron beam interactions with plasma in a magnetic field. It is shown that for small non-linearity stationary solutions in the form of traveling waves with constant amplitude (a = const) can be found for longitudinal oscillations. The non-linear effects induce high harmonic oscillations and amplitude dependence on frequency. (tr-auth)
