Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4706039
Project SEDAN was designed as a cratering experiment in which a nuclear device of about 100 kilotons equivalent high-explosive yield and less than 30% fission was detonated at a depth of 635 ft. Provisions made for weather observations, weather prediction, and radiation prediction in support of the test are described. (C.H.)
