FECAL AND URINARY EXCRETION OF RADIOISOTOPES (in Japanese)

Journal Article · · Radioisotopes (Tokyo) (Japan)
OSTI ID:4705530
Excretion rates of various isotopes by the rat were studied extensively. The results were compared with data published in the literature. The excretion rates of Sr/sup 89/, Cs/sup 137/, Zn/sup 65/, Hg/sup 203/, Tl/sup 204/, Co/sup 60/ , P/sup 32/, Ca/sup 45/, and Fe/sup 55/, administered to the animal orally or by subcutaneous injection, intraperitoneal injection, or intravenous injection, were determined 4, 5, 7, or 8 days after the administration as a percentage of the feces or the urine.
