The dispersion relation as the function of the momentum transfer is used to calculate the nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitudes as the functions of the angle at fixed energy in nonrelativistic approximation. The one-pion and two- pion contributions including the (3, 3) resonance are derived, and some results of a previous paper are corrected. The dispersion relation is applied to 10 Mev p-p and n-p scatterings. It is shown that, the calculated results for the imaginary parts of the amplitudes are good except a few terms, the results for the real parts of the amplitudes BETA , gamma , and epsilon are also good for both of p-p and n-p scatterings, but those of alpha and delta are bad for both. Also it is indicated that, the contribution of the (3, 3) resonance is large, and the discontinuity of the spectral function appearing in the fourth order diagram gives an anomalously large contribution to the first amplitude alpha of n-p scattering.
