SPECTROMETRY OF FAST NEUTRONS BY MEANS OF THE REACTION Li$sup 6$(n,t)He$sup 4$ (in French)

Journal Article · · J. Nucl. Energy Pt. A & B
The possibilities of fast-neutron spectrometry in beam or isotropic geometry, deduced from the energies of the tritons of the Li/sup 6/(n,t)He/sup 4/ reaction, are discussed. A spectrum measured in a natural uranium slab is given. No advantage can be taken of the results below 150 kev, the differential neutron cross sections not being known below this energy. (auth)
