COLLECTIVE E0 TRANSITIONS AND THE NUCLEAR SHAPE

Journal Article · · Nuclear Physics (Netherlands) Divided into Nucl. Phys. A and Nucl. Phys. B
The reduced EO transition probability is calculated using both the Bohr- Mottelson and the Davydov-Filippov models. It seems to be possible to distinguish these two models by precise EO measurements, because the EO process is one of the nuclear shape dependent phenomena. (auth)
