A SIMPLE FAST-SLOW COINCIDENCE SYSTEM FOR ANGULAR CORRELATION MEASUREMENTS

Journal Article · · Glasnik Mat.-Fiz. Astron., Ser. II
OSTI ID:4685691
A system for measurement of the (N,N' gamma ) angular correlation consisting of a fast and a slow part was developed. The yes'' of the fast coincidence between the N' and gamma signals, in coincidence with the N' signal, opens the gate of the gamma slow channel and the gamma pulse is measured with a 100channel analyzer. A liquid scintillator was used to detect neutrons and an NaI crystal was used for the gamma rays. (M.C.G.)
