THERMOELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF Ce$sub 2$$S$$sub 3$ (in Ukrainian)

Journal Article · · Dopovidi Akad. Nauk Ukr. RSR
OSTI ID:4685348

The temperature dependence of the thermal emf of Ce/sub 2/S/sub 3/ over a temperature range of 200-- 1000 deg C. In the impurity conductivity region (100- -600 deg ) the thermal emf is positive and changes in inverse proportion to the temperature in accordance with the relation established by N. L. Pisarenko. At a temperature of 700-- 800 deg C the thermal emf changes its sign. At a temperature above 800 deg C alpha /sub 1/ increases proportionally with the temperature. (auth)
