Creating project profitability
Gas turbine manufacturers continue to react to an industrywide economic revolution that is reconfiguring business relationships with prospective power equipment customers. Increasingly, today`s vendor is evaluated primarily on the basis of price, the ability to devise project management skills and appropriate financial solutions that enhance developers` project profitability. In order to provide competitive solutions in emerging power markets, suppliers` ability to excell in the engineering aspects of power generation technology no longer assures a particular project award will be obtained. Customers rely more on suppliers who not only deliver components, but complete solutions to the project development puzzle.
