Experimental and theoretical developments in quantum electrodynamics, electromagnetic form factors, scattering (Regge theory), and photoproduction are included. New techniques for producing and detecting particles and radiations are outlined, and developments in scanning and data reduction systems for spark chambers are described. Current worldwide electron accelerator development is summarized, and experiments in progress at the Cambridge Electron accelerator are reviewed. Separate abstracts were prepared for the nine sections of the proceedings. (D.C.W.)
