Inelastic parameters are introduced into the phase-shift analysis in an effort to simultaneously fit both the differential cross section data and the polarization data for the p- He/sup 4/ elastic scattering at 38.4 Mev. All waves up to the F-waves were taken into account. (C.E.S.)
