FISSION FRAGMENT KINETIC ENERGIES OF Cf$sup 246$, Cf$sup 248$, AND Cf$sup 25$$sup 4$

Journal Article · · Physical Review (U.S.) Superseded in part by Phys. Rev. A, Phys. Rev. B: Solid State, Phys. Rev. C, and Phys. Rev. D

Fission fragment kinetic energy spectra of Cf/sup 246/, Cf/sup 248/, and Cf/sup 254/ were measured by comparison to Cf/sup 252/. The most probable fragment energies were (in Mev): Cf/sup 246/, 84.8 plus or minus 1.3 and 110.8 plus or minus 1.5; Cf/sup 248/, 81.6 plus or minus 0.9 and 107.1 plus or minus 0.8; Cf/sup 254/, 83.0 plus or minus 2 and 103.1 plus or minus 2.
