INVESTIGATION OF THE DECAY SCHEME OF Cr$sup 5$$sup 1$

Journal Article · · Nuclear Physics (Netherlands) Divided into Nucl. Phys. A and Nucl. Phys. B
The energy distribution of gamma rays arising from the decay of Cr/sup 51/ was investigated by the scintillation method. Besides the well-known, most intense transition of 323 kev, the 323 and 320 kev cascade transitions of low intensity were found. At 150 kev a new gamma transition in cascade with the line of 323 kev was found. A cross-over transition of 470 kev energy was observed in parallel with the cascade. (auth)
