OSCILLATIONS OF COLD NON-UNIFORM PLASMA IN GRAVITY FIELD (in Russian)

Equilibrium stability of spatially non-uniform cold magnetic plasma in a gravitational field was investigated. The tensor operation of dielectric penetrability was determined for a two-fluid model of non-colliding plasma. Thermal emission from heterogeneous plasma was analyzed, and an expression was derived for the Poindinger vector. Dispersion equation for heterogeneous plasma electromagnetic oscillations are investigated in geometric optics. Instability conditions and growth increments for magnetic waves were determined, and it is shown that in a gravitational field heterogeneous plasma is unstable in relation to longitudinal drift wave excitations and electromagnetic waves propagating along magnetic fields.
