A REMOTELY-CONTROLLED PINHOLE GAMMA CAMERA

A gamma pinhole camera developed to locate areas or objects emitting high levels of gamma radiation is described. The camera, operated from a remote control panel, records optical and gamma images on successive frames of a highly sensitive 35 mm panchromatic film. Area lighting for optical exposures is obtained from an electronic flash unit. A bakelite shutter remains closed during gamma exposures. (auth)
