Electron motion in a magnetic field prepared by the superimposition of longitudinal, transverse, space-periodic, helical magnetic fields was investigated. A resonance redistribution of energy between the longitudinal and transverse components was observed at certain ratios between charged particle energy, helical winding space, and longitudinal and transverse magnetic field.
