The distribution of grafted zones in the volume of a polymer film poly(ethylene glycol terephthalate) was studied. As a result of grafting with acrylic acid or vinylpyridine induced by gamma radiation, copolymer microphases orientated parallel to the stretching axis of the film are formed. Grafting initiated by accelerated heavy ions results in a copolymer distributed continuously along a layer covering the inner wall of the microchannels as well as the surface of the film. (Fr)
