Increase of the histamine content after introduction of animal radioprophylactic materials and the production of hypoxide hypoxy is related to the change in the activity of the ferments participating in the exchange of this amine. The data obtained made it possible to assume that the increase of the quantity of histamine under conditions of radioprophylaxis is related to the newly formed histamine because of the amplification of the process of decarboxylation and as a result of the inhibition of the process of destruction of this biogenic diaminoxydase amine.
