Exoelectron energy and intensity in BeO after electronic bombardment and x-irradiation were simultaneously measured in a vacuum of 5 x 10/sup -7/ torr. Emission constants and electron trap parameters were calculated. The exoemission mechanism of BeO is discussed considering electron energy measurements. (auth)
