Experimental evidence of macroscopic spatial quantization of angular momentum in rotating helium

Journal Article · · Phys. Lett., A, v. 45A, no. 3, pp. 237-238
Simple second sound attenuation ratios in rotating helium show that in the presence of current and even in pure rotation when B/sub z/ is nonzero the vortices exhibit a macroscopic spatial quantization described by two quantum numbers l and m. (auth)
