Low lying 2$sup +$ and 3$sup -$ states in even--even spherical nuclei (in Russian)

The low 2/sup +/ and 3/sup -/ states of spherical nuclei are studied. Within the framework of the semimicroscopic approach these states were studied in both the harmonic and the anharmonic approximations. In the latter case only the interaction between low lying quadrupole phonons was considered. The connection of quadrupole oscillations with octopoles and with noncollective branches of the excitation was considered. This made it possible to calculate anharmonic corrections both to the 2/sup +/ and the 3/sup -/ states. (J.S.R.)
